73 Affymetrix Rat Genome 230 2.0 microarrays hybridized with mRNA from LCM captured mammary epithelium of 21 and 50 days old female ratss fed different fatty acids diets. Diets were: AIN-93G (reference diet), High- and Low-fat olive oil (HFO,LFO), High- and Low-fat butter (HFB,LFB), High- and Low-fat safflower oil (HFS,LFS).
